Q: I signed a cotenant lease agreement with my sister a few months ago which I have proof of and a couple of days ago she and the landlord tell me that I have one day to move out as they have taken me off the lease three months ago and no longer want me living there.. is this legal? To remove someone from a lease without informing the them or having them sign something?
