Are there any free workshops available in Sydney that provide information on how to set up and run a small business?

I am not aware of any free workshops however I’d recommend you make contact with a couple of organisations listed below as they could provide you with a little more guidance

Another way you could seek advice is to find a mentor within your centre of influence – a family member or friend who has had experience running their own business. They could offer some tips and guidance on how to get started

You can also try the BEC at a local council.

Not my area of expertise but many local councils have information of this type to help you.
While not free TAFE offer a number of quality courses that are well worth a look.

Hi Lauren, there are lots of fantastic Facebook groups that can help and offer support and guidance.

Search with some key words in groups, or send me a PM in Facebook and I can recommend some.
