I am about to enrol in a TAFE course. On my enrolment form I have been charged one amount but on the list of charges it adds up to another amount. I am being charged a discretionary fee but this fee doesn't appear on the fee breakdown at the end of the form. I am still being charged for this. Is this legal.?

best thing you can do is ask them for clarification and a clear breakdown of your fees:)
