Is there any particular part of your industry you specialise in?

Residential loan structures, for both investors and owner occupiers.

What do you do for your customers that sets you apart from other brokers?

As an investor myself hearing about other peoples’ real-estate dreams and helping to make them a reality really gets me excited. I am genuinely interested in being a part of their property journey and partnering with them to help them achieve their goals, both short and long term.

What role does communication play in helping your operate a successful business?

A very important role, being available to customers and referral partners and responsive to lenders requests is paramount.

What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in business?

In doing business, people respect honesty – even if you have to be the bearer of bad news.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?

There are plenty of unsuccessful smart people in the world, success requires smarts and consistent effort.

What are your favourite hobbies?

I enjoy spending time with my young family, speaking French, travelling and keeping fit.
