I signed a cotenant lease agreement with my sister a few months ago which I have proof of and a couple of days ago she and the landlord tell me that I have one day to move out as they have taken me off the lease three months ago and no longer want me living there.. is this legal? To remove someone from a lease without informing the them or having them sign something?

Thank you for your question. I must say something doesn’t sound right with what you have described. The best advice I could offer is to seek legal advice as quickly as possible and make sure you take all the documentary proof you have to present your case.
