How long have you been a finance broker?

I joined the industry in March 2016

Why did you choose to become a finance broker?

I’ve always had an interest in property and finance and the opportunity came up to join mobilelender.com.au. I jumped at the chance of getting back into business for myself and in such a dynamic industry.

Where is your business located?

Croydon South in Melbourne

What do you love about being a finance broker?

Being able to have a direct influence on helping people save money and to fulfill their dreams

Is there a particular type of finance you specialise in?

I tend to focus on residential home loans for owner-occupiers and investors

You’ve had 20 plus years’ experience in retail, what have you learned most about delivering on positive experiences for your customers?

Customers respond to personal service and a genuine care no matter what the product is. If you connect with the individual they will reward you with loyalty and share their experience with family and friends

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Under promise and over deliver

What are your favourite hobbies?

Golf, Cricket, AFL, Cycling and my dogs

How are you involved in the local community?

I am an active volunteer and fundraiser for the local school and for Peter MacCallum and the ride to conquer cancer.
